cryptocurrency

Definition

Cryptocurrency is like digital money that only exists on computers and is kept safe using special codes, making it very hard to fake. Bitcoin is a well-known example of this digital money.

cryptocurrency is a term used in Ontario’s Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum.
