dimension

Definition

A dimension is a way to measure how big something is, like its length, width, or depth. For example, a drawing is 2D (two-dimensional) because it only has length and width, but a toy car is 3D (three-dimensional) because it also has depth.

dimension is a term used in Ontario’s Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum.
