transfer (acrylic)

Definition

Transferring with acrylics means taking a picture from one surface, like a printout, and using a special clear gel to stick just the image onto a new surface, like a canvas. You rub away the original paper once the gel dries, leaving only the picture in a clear acrylic layer.

transfer (acrylic) is a term used in Ontario’s Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum.
