24-hour clock

Definition

The 24-hour clock is a way of telling time that uses numbers from 0 to 23 to show every hour of the day, instead of using AM and PM. For example, 3 PM would be 15:00.

24-hour clock is a term used in Ontario’s Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum.
