Your child will learn to use important social and emotional skills, like understanding their feelings and getting along with others, as they participate in physical activities and learn about healthy living.

- A1.1 Identification and Management of Emotions
Your child will learn to recognize their own feelings and understand how others might be feeling, especially during physical activities and when learning new things. This helps them express themselves better and react kindly to others.
- A1.2 Stress Management and Coping
Your child will learn to recognize what makes them feel stressed and how to handle tough situations, including knowing when and how to ask for help, to build their personal resilience (the ability to bounce back from challenges). For example, they will understand how to stay safe while playing, express their feelings during games, and know who to ask for help if they need it.
- A1.3 Positive Motivation and Perseverance
Your child will learn to stay positive and keep trying even when things are difficult in physical activity and health. This includes being open to new ways of being active, being excited to learn new skills and not giving up when practicing, and finding ways to feel hopeful when they are worried about something.

Your child will be able to join in and participate in many different activities, like tag or parachute games, while also showing good sportsmanship by taking turns and respecting others.

Your child will be able to name different body parts, including genitals like the penis, testicles, vagina, and vulva, using proper and respectful words.
