Your child will be able to understand and manage their own feelings and understand how others are feeling, especially during physical activities and health lessons. This means they'll learn to express themselves and respond thoughtfully to others' emotions.

Your child will learn to recognize what causes them stress and how to deal with challenges, including knowing when and how to ask for help. This will help them become more resilient, which means they'll be better at bouncing back from tough situations.

Your child will learn to develop good habits, like getting enough sleep, that help them feel positive and keep trying even when things are difficult. They will also learn to appreciate what their body can do.

Your child will be able to hold different still (static) balance poses, with or without equipment, using various body parts, at different heights, and in various body shapes.
